Who is eligible to receive a fantasy bedroom from
April's Angels?

•  Children ages 3-17, with a chronic medical illness that limits their activities outside the home
•  Annual household income of the child must be below $60, 000
•  Child must reside in Wake or a surrounding county
•  Family must own the property to be decorated, or have signed permission from the property owner or agent

Who can nominate a child?

•  The child themself if child is 14 years of age or older
•  Parent or legal guardian of the child
•  Medical professional treating the child
•  A social worker or case manager of the child
